- Daily communication with customers in Polish via phone or mail
- Answering questions about company product via phone
- Checking information about company product
- You will be working with company system according to company parametres
- You will add new customers into company system
- Dealing with requests and complaints of clients
- Be ready to calm down customer if needed

Requirements
- Fluent Polish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus on client needed
- Stress resistance
- Nice personality
- Experience in sales or customer service environment is an advantage but not needed
