Customer Care with Czech and German
Job description
Are you seeking a full time job which consists of customer care of German-speaking clients?
Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Help customers process their orders and answer questions related to their orders (by phone and email)
- Communicate with customers via live chat
- Receive telephone queries
- Update customer records in our internal system
- Monitor customer feedback to improve the internal processes
Requirements
What do we expect?
- Fluency in German (C1) and Czech (B2+)
- Excellent communication skills
