An international company with modern offices in Brno is looking for new team members of Customer Care department for US market.

Responsibilities:

  • providing technical customer support in English
  • helping and educating customers, answering enquiries
  • troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • answering questions regarding billing
  • cooperating with other departments
  • no sales activities are included

Full training is provided. Previous experiences are not required, but welcomed.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in customer support and/or technical background is an advantage
  • Communicative, patient and customer-oriented individual with enthusiasm for technology and problems solving
  • Ability to work in multinational and almost 24/7 environment
