Job description

Do you see yourself managing vendor contracts and orders? Do you enjoy analytical work and working with detailed documentation?

Then apply for the position of Contract Administrator!

You will be responsible for:

  • administration and coordination of contract-related activities in line with internal processes
  • support in contract documentation and basic work in SAP
  • communication with internal teams and external contractors regarding orders and invoicing
  • maintaining documentation and ensuring proper records management
  • preparation of simple reports and work with MS Excel
  • ad hoc administrative support

Start: ASAP

Length of contract: till 18.12.2026

Location: Prague 3

Requirements

Our requirements are:

  • fluent English in both written and spoken form, min. B2+
  • experience from a corporation or complex organizational setting
  • detail and customer orientation
  • very good communication skills and precision
  • advanced knowledge of MS office, practice in using SAP is a great advantage
  • ability to learn new things and willingness to work in international team
