- administration and coordination of contract-related activities in line with internal processes
- support in contract documentation and basic work in SAP
- communication with internal teams and external contractors regarding orders and invoicing
- maintaining documentation and ensuring proper records management
- preparation of simple reports and work with MS Excel
- ad hoc administrative support
