Job description
  • sales management and business development
  • responsible for commercial and operational delivery with full P/L control
  • creates and sets plan for business growth – with focus on products and new markets
  • setup long term strategy and actions according to corporate strategy
  • follows-up with each employee on their budget including monitoring KPI’s and secure

targets are met

  • creates budgets with/for sales people (team od 10)
Requirements
  • bachelor’s degree in technical or economical field
  • metall industry experience or experience from wholesales
  • extensive sales experience – identifying sales opportunities and securing new

businesses

  • proven people management skills
  • outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • understanding of financial statements and preparation of budget
  • network of contacts in the industry
  • fluent English
  • proven track of professional leadership min. 5 years (+10 people)
