Job Title: Commercial Head – Czech Republic & Slovakia
Location: Czech Republic (preferably Prague)
International Environment – HEALTHCARE background needed
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Drive and execute the go-to-market strategy for Czech and Slovak markets, ensuring alignment with broader regional and global goals.
🤝 Build and nurture strong partnerships with KOLs, customers, and distributors, offering ongoing support and training.
📈 Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to boost market share and achieve sales and profitability targets.
🔄 Foster seamless collaboration and communication between customers, distributors, sales teams, and marketing.
🔍 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable market insights and customer feedback for informed decision-making.
🎯 Oversee impactful marketing campaigns and promotions to fuel sales growth.
📊 Manage distributor agreements and track financial performance to maintain strong profitability.
💡 Lead and empower sales teams to successfully implement strategies and exceed targets.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, along with fluent command of Czech or Slovak languages (C1 minimum).
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the healthcare sector, ideally with a background in medical or technical sales.
Demonstrated success in managing and expanding distribution partner networks in the Czech and Slovak markets.
Deep knowledge of local market trends, customer expectations, competitive environment, and regulatory landscape.
Strong leadership capabilities - proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organizational structure and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Highly developed analytical skills, strategic mindset, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
