In the Client Care role with Polish you will be responsible for:
- Addressing customers´ queries on products
- Providing support withing troubleshooting customers´ problems and taking their orders
- Preparation of correspondence and fullfillment of customers´ needs to ensure their satisfaction
- Related administrative tasks
Contract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation
Start: August 2024
Location: Prague 3
Requirements
- Previous experience from the same or similar position
- English and Polish min. B2+ in both oral and spoken form
- Perfect communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional attitude
