Job description

An international company, that has numerously accomplished to be a top employer in their industry is currently looking for a Category Manager!

Your responsibilities will be:

Responsibility for the procurement processes in FMCG business categories
Leading of negotiations, pricing, choosing best-supplying conditions, and closure
Part of tenders, bidding process, and supporting business relations
Key account management and stakeholder management
Contribution to global procurement strategy
Choosing a strategy with local/regional suppliers
Risk management, financial planning, KPIs following, leading a team under 10 members
Responsibility for warehousing, logistics processes, and the whole procurement agenda

Requirements

What you shall already have:

Fluent English and Czech
Experience in FMCG Category management, including warehousing and logistics
Solid skills in negotiating and financial literacy are needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will have to connect with suppliers, customers, and your team!
Pro-active approach, leadership skills, ability to motivate
University Degree in logistics/procurement/management
Experience in international environment is needed
Proficiency in MS Office Package, Excel (you will be reporting)
Experience with SAP preferred
Ability to work under stress and steady decision making
