Job description

Anyone who is in love in foreign languages? Can you speak fluently English and German OR French OR Dutch? Are you detail-oriented problem-solver? Do others know you as someone who can communicate clearly? Yes, yes and yes? Then apply for our position of a Business Support Specialist!

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting customers regarding their inquiries

  • Building a strong and trusting relationship with customers

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and German OR French OR Dutch (both spoken and written)
  • Customer-oriented approach and presentable behavior
  • Experience in customer service or logistics is a great advantage
  • Positive problem-solving approach
