Your main tasks will be:
- Operational analyses
- Process optimalisation
- Working with CRM data and documentation
- Strategic project work that will support the local business
- Close cooperation with stakeholders and HQ
- Reporting
- Bachelor degree or higher
- 5+ years’ experience with business analysis and project management in financial services.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
- Speaking natively one or several of CEE languages is strong advantage.
- Experience with documenting and improving processes.
- Working with CRM data and workflows.
- Good understanding of financial markets and trading.
- Experience with equities, fixed income, forex and derivatives.
- Experience with front, middle and back office systems.
- Strong communicator
- EU national or possess EU work permit.
