Job description

Our client, a big and stable international company is looking for a new employee, Automation Coordinator - supplier onboarding. Do not miss this chance if you are interested to become part of a multicultural environment.

Main tasks:

  • Coordinating of supplier onboarding activities between operational onboarding team and strategic departments
  • Supporting and identificating in selection of suppliers for onboarding
  • Collecting and organizing buyer and supplier training requirements
  • Ensuring defined onboarding schedule
  • Handling of onboarding escalation process
  • Tracking onboarding status, clarification with the project team, SCM governance in case of risks
  • Coordinating of implementation of supporting tools
Requirements
  • Fluent English (German is an advantage)
  • Great communication skills
  • Customer-oriented person
  • Basics knowledge of EDI system
  • Experiecne within P2P and procurement processes
