Main responsibilities:
- communication with customers regarding AP processes
- creating relationships with customers
- implementing of process improvements (by using Lean Sigma, A3 and DMAIC)
- work in the systems and maintenance of processes
- cooperation with other departments
- compliance and internal controls within support of audit
Contract for definite period of time - 6 months (possibility of contract extension)
Start: ASAP
Location: Prague 9
- Min. completed 1st year of Bc. education in economic / finance field
- At least 1 year previous experience from accounting/AP
- Advanced level of English (will be used daily)
- Experience from Shared Services Center is a plus
- Experience from SAP is a big advantage
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
