Job description

We are looking for an experienced consultant who helps industrial companies improve the performance and reliability of their assets across the entire lifecycle. Your role will be to optimize operating costs, enhance safety and asset availability, implement modern digital and EAM solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in maintenance, risk management, and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop asset management strategies and guidelines in accordance with ISO 55001
  • Assess asset portfolios, plan lifecycle strategies, and support repair vs. investment decision-making
  • Implement RCM/RBM approaches, predictive and condition-based maintenance
  • Analyze asset failure rates and performance, propose improvement measures
  • Work with EAM/CMMS systems and use data/BI tools for reporting
  • Optimize maintenance processes, shutdowns, inventory, and costs
  • Support ESG, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and support teams during change implementation
Requirements
  • University degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, asset management, or related disciplines)
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, reliability, or maintenance in industrial environments (energy, O&G, utilities, chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure)
  • Knowledge of ISO 55000/55001, RCM, risk-based maintenance, and reliability engineering principles
  • Practical experience with EAM/CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor) and their integration with ERP/SCADA/MES
  • Ability to work with data (Excel, SQL, Python), design KPIs, and use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, experience with change management
  • Ability to clearly present technical conclusions to management
  • Fluency in Czech and English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with predictive analytics, digital twins, and advanced asset condition monitoring
  • Background in energy (conventional and renewable, T&D), oil & gas, utilities, chemicals, or heavy industry
  • Familiarity with relevant IEC/ISO standards related to reliability, safety, and technical assets
