Job description:

• managing client's tickets
• assisting global catalog administration tasks
• general requests for support from business users
• prioritises requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization
• investigate problems
• support requests and determine appropriate action

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Salary: 150 CZK/hour
