Are you looking for an entry-level position in Administration/Payroll?

You do not need to have any experience, however, a small experience in administration is an advantage!

We are currently hiring French/German/Polish speakers to join our team.

  • Process Payroll data of assigned customers
  • Daily administrative tasks
  • All the processes in Payroll will be taught
  • Ensure accuracy of documents and processes
  • Meet set up deadlines
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Update accordingly payroll system
  • Close cooperation with the accounting team and HR
Requirements
  • Command of English (B2) and French/German/Polish (B2)
  • Administrative role experience is an advantage
  • MS Office
  • Willingnesss to learn
  • Communication skills
  • Customer orientation
