Job description:

  • process SW license requests via system
  • support license purchase and renewals process
  • coordinate correct assignment of licenses within the cost model
  • collect basic data and run basic analysis in MS Excel
  • provide advice on license quotations and support correct order set-up
  • data update
  • maintain vendor documentation
  • ad hoc tasks

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week, work from Monday to Wednesday.

Salary: 160 CZK/h

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Requirements
  • University student of related field
  • advanced English (both verbal and written)
  • advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • attention to details
  • customer service orientation, good communication skills
  • analytical thinking
  • open to learn new things
