Job description

We are currently looking for candidates who would like to use German and English daily, who are not afraid to communicate and to take administrative tasks.

You would be part of Procurement – Material Compliance team that support several locations to obtain necessary data from suppliers to register them to the internal platform.

As Administrative Support Specialist, you will be in charge of:

  • Communication with suppliers regarding registration request, or to assist them, provide with reminders and follow-ups
  • Contact suppliers to provide substance declaration
  • Ensure all requested information are entered properly to the platform
  • Preparation of reports
Requirements
  • Very good command of English and German (B2 level or better)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, time-management and independency
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
