Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Daily communication with your colleagues about the inquires and questions, you will be responsible for documentation of such contacts
- As a team-player, you will have to be in close touch with your team fellow teammates and other teams
- Proper documentations is crucial, your role in finding gaps in such documentation and processes will be valuable
- Communication via email, phone, and chat, where you will settle queries of your fellow employees.
- Data processing and working with internal systems are on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Advanced written and spoken German and English language, you will be in communication with advanced/native speakers every day
- Previous experience in administrative positions, account management or customer service is an advantage
- Organizational skills and pro-active approach
- Sense for detail, precision
