Job description

We are looking for a new team member to join the internal training team in a junior administrative role.

Job description

  • Managing and maintaining HCP training records
  • Uploading and filing training documentation
  • Checking for missing or expired training records and missing signatures
  • Supporting the evaluation of HCP training status
  • Preparing training status reports
  • Supporting back-office activities

Start: immediately

Location: Praha 8

Contract: fixed-term until the end of 2026

Requirements
  • At least a secondary school education
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience in administrative support
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
