Responsibilities include:
- Checking and processing Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
- Issuing credit notes
- Assisting with monthly/yearly closing activities
- Reporting and data analysis
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Secondary education completed in the field of Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
- Work experience in accounting is an advantage
- Good command of English and German language (at least B2 level)
- Proficient knowledge in Excel
- Excellent communicational skills,
- Independency and reliable
