Your responsibilities will be:
* Leading team of accountants
* Responsibility for accounts reconciliations
* Perform general ledger entries (accruals, payrolls, prepaid expenses)
* Responsibility for local reporting and analysis
* Responsibility for the statutory financial statements and for statutory audit process
* Implementation of controls mechanism and proposals for controls over accounting processes
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, closures and the related reports (US GAAP and statutory)
* Fixed assets
* Cooperation with business and other departments
* Perform daily payment runs and other daily AR activities
Start: ASAP or by agreement
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* High school/University degree (preferably Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics)
* Fluent English and (Finnish or Swedish or Russian si an advantage)
* Leading experience
* Complex financial accountancy experience within multi-national organization
* Analytical capabilities
