In September 2026, we are publishing the 12th edition of our annual Salary Guide, providing an up-to-date overview of salary developments in the private sector across the Czech Republic. The survey is complemented by articles covering current labour market topics such as workforce availability, flexibility, pay transparency and changing employer requirements.

The salaries presented are based primarily on the starting salaries of candidates whom we have successfully placed in employment and on the requirements of employers recruiting new employees through Grafton Recruitment and Gi Group. The figures represent typical gross monthly salaries, including variable components. Data collection took place in the third quarter of 2026.
