In September 2025, we are publishing the 11th edition of our annual Salary Guide, once again providing the most comprehensive overview of salary trends in the private sector across the Czech Republic. This year, we have focused not only on the level of salaries, but also on the factors currently influencing their development – whether it’s regional differences, demand trends, or changes on the side of companies.

What will you find in the survey?

  • Data from 13 regions,
  • Analysis of nearly 350 positions across 8 sectors,
  • A chapter on Graduate salaries, where you’ll find salaries for the 26 most common entry-level positions (excluding salary variable components),
  • Salary comparisons with the previous year for selected positions in each sector.

The listed salaries are primarily based on the initial salaries of candidates we successfully placed, as well as on companies’ requests for employee recruitment. The figures in the overview reflect typical total gross monthly salaries in Czech crowns, including salary variable components. The survey was conducted during Q3 2025.
