As a Virtual Administration Support you will be responsible for:

  • agenda management
  • preparation of invoices
  • maintaining data in internal systems
  • scheduling of meetings
  • communication via email and phone with internal employees
Requirements
  • Communication skills in German and English
  • Experience from a simmilar role
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Willing to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking
