Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join a dynamic team in Prague. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. You will be the first point of contact for many candidates, helping to shape their first impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for visiting candidates
  • Support benefit delivery across European countries
  • Respond to employee and vendor queries
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Requirements
  • Background in reception, customer service, or coordination
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
