Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluent Frech language. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps, ensuring their requests and orders are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process customer orders and handle inquiries from clients, distributors and sales reps.
  • Support with credit notes, re-bills, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate across departments via CRM to resolve service requests.
  • Provide accurate product information and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth complaint handling and compliance with internal procedures.

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Start: immediately

Salary: 45 - 52 000 CZK/month

Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience in an international company.
  • Fluent English and French, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel, CRM and Oracle is preferred.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to spot sales opportunities.
