The Prague Integrated Transport System includes metro, trams, buses, trains, funicular to Petřín Hill and also boat transport. The city of Prague is well connected internally. Compared to other capital cities, it is very reliable, cheap and efficient. Thanks to the interconnected system of subway, buses and trams you can get anywhere fast and safe.

Before you get arrange your long-term card Lítačka, you will need to use tickets which you can buy at any subway station and most newsagents store. Do not forget you need to validate your ticket before entering the subway/or after entering a tram or a bus.

An annual transport pass costs 140 euros (for children, students and senior 50 euros) and you can travel on all kinds of transport 24 hours per day. Free of charge transport is for seniors over 70 years old, children up to 6 years and prams with babies.
