Job description

Our client is a well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for an experienced Training Programs Designers.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Creation of effective learning programs
  • Assist with integrating learning resources and initiatives
  • Provide support regarding learning design methods and tools
  • Support with data analytics
  • Innovation
Requirements
  • Experience with designing and leading global training programs (ideally 5 years)
  • Experience with of training and learning modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Command of English
