Job description:

• Ensures smooth communication between the R&D Team and customer
• Drives the requirement management process for the R&D scope of the project
• Defines the content of Releases (internal and to the customer) in alignment with the customer and drives the release process
• Manages the R&D Core Team and to ensures the alignment of all involved development Metiers such as System Architect, Function Owner Lead, Software PM, Test Management, Configuration Manager, Functional Safety Manager
• Estimate R&D effort & costs, perform daily R&D meeting
• Produce the Release Documentation and define release content
• and other related tasks
