We are seeking a talented individual for our international team in Prague. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers!

Your scope:

  • Support via email, internal system, phone
  • Escalate of complex issues to other teams
  • Cooperation with payroll team
  • Reporting activities
Requirements
  • Command of English (B2)
  • Technical background (or interest in the area)
  • Willingness to learn fast
  • Communication skills
