Job description

Do you speak Czech and English and you already have some talent acquisition experience? Are you an experienced Team Leader?

For a global company, one of the most attractive employers all around the world, we are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of a Talent Acquisition Specialist speaking Czech and English.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Managing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region or country.
  • Responsibility for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles and the agreed talent acquisition process.
  • Candidate ´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.
  • Acting as an advisor for your hiring managers in various stages and aspects of the talent acquisition process.
  • As a Team Lead you will have people management responsibilities for a small team of up to 5 recruiters supporting talent acquisition for the same region or countries.
Requirements

What we need you to already have:

  • 1+ year of former Team lead or relevant coordinator responsibilities
  • 3+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • Great communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • English and Czech – C1
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment.
