Your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsibility for the global recruitment process in operations delivery, process documentation, and its application in your respective region.
• Participation in standardizing the global recruitment process
• Implementation of business process excellence improvements
• Cooperation with the delivery team in your region
• Candidate´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of the talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous improvement of process and productivity
