Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Acting as a Global Process Owner you will be accountable for the global recruitment process in operations delivery for the respective regions.

• Designing and standardizing the global recruitment process and help to capture and allowing localizations driven by legal requirements or system-driven requirements only, for the respective regions. Part of the role will be to support the implementation of business process excellence.

As a Leader, you will have people management responsibilities for a small team of up to 6 process matter experts who will be responsible for recruitment processes for individual countries.

In your Lead role, you will closely interact with your key stakeholders to establish and maintain good relationships.
