Experience in customer service or administration is welcome.

As for a Service Desk Analyst, these will be your daily responsibilities:

  • Desk support in logistics service
  • Internal communication with colleagues across Europe will be on a daily basis
  • Daily communication in German and English
  • Ticket system management
  • Resolution of inquiries and questions regarding orders
  • Thanks to this position, you will learn about the industry and the field of IT every day!
Requirements
  • Written and spoken English and German or Dutch (B2): you will be in daily communication with advanced or native speakers
  • Elemental IT knowledge and skills are a plus: This job will teach you even more!
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Analytical thinking
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm to help
  • Customer Support experience is an advantage
