We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Preparing transfer pricing documentation (TPD) for the client and its subsidiaries
• Liaising with client’s representatives to determine functions, assets and risks in related party transactions subject to TPD requirements
• Extracting and analyzing data necessary to prepare TPD (transaction volumes, amounts, related costs, profitability, etc.) from the ERP system of the client
• Coordinating TPD projects with external consultants when applicable (determining scope of work to be outsourced, providing information and data, reviewing deliverables, etc.)
• Close cooperation with the client’s tax team with respect to new business structures that will be subject to TPD requirements
• Preparing explanations and additional information.
