Job description

"Experienced Change Manager with ambitions to maximize economic value and to secure future competitive advantage"

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Support within strategic business projects for company´s group, the CEO and the Executive Committee
  • Assistance to the Head change manager in development of country change package including a training strategy in accordance with each particular country (the CIA and the TNA)
  • Meetings with client´s leaders and change agents
  • Support of Change Lead in managing and logging changes activities taking place across, mainly European markets

Start date: ASAP

Contract: till the end of the year 2022 with a possibility of extension (expected)

Requirements
  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written to be able to communicate with management and colleagues)
  • 4+ year experience in change management within international projects
  • Experience in scripting a video-communication
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership and coordination skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a great advantage
