A well-established, gradually growing global international company that is currently looking for a SAP Change Implementation Manager.

Your daily tasks will be:

• In charge of developing and implementing procedures and methods to support the transition to an agile form

• Ensuring that all changes, processes and methods will be prepared properly and implemented efficiently

• Takes the initiative in formulating procedures, techniques, and tools for the responsibility area in Change Management

• Encourages assurances in processes, its improvement, simplicity, standardization, automation, and efficiency.

• Ensures that the procedures, techniques, and tools for the assigned area of responsibility are appropriate, consistent, and smooth integration.

• Inter-team cooperation on smoothness of processes and transitions.

• Ensuring automation processes and simplifications.

• Leads the adoption of innovative approaches such as Service Management, Agile, DevOps, and others to promote speed, agility, efficiency, and effectiveness.
