Job description

You can work from anywhere within the Czech Republic, Romania, Poland or Slovakia!

You would be responsible for:

  • Providing support to new employees of the company
  • Creating and defining effective ways for improving the work processes
  • Handling whole HR processes from the accepted offer until candidate´s Day 1
  • Updating and maintaining data and its accuracy related to candidates
  • Dealing with confidential data
  • Communicating with candidates via phone and email
  • Ensuring to provide professional services
  • Solving problems concerns
  • Reporting
  • Collaborating with various teams (local HR, Payroll, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Participating in projects having an impact on a large audience
Requirements

Apply now if you have:

  • Fluency in English (B2) and German (C1)
  • Minimum relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Customer Service, or Administration
  • Experience in working in the SSC (a plus)
  • MS Excel and Word skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Enthusiasm to constantly learn and grow
