You would be responsible for:
- Providing support to new employees of the company
- Creating and defining effective ways for improving the work processes
- Handling whole HR processes from the accepted offer until candidate´s Day 1
- Updating and maintaining data and its accuracy related to candidates
- Dealing with confidential data
- Communicating with candidates via phone and email
- Ensuring to provide professional services
- Solving problems concerns
- Reporting
- Collaborating with various teams (local HR, Payroll, Onboarding, etc.)
- Participating in projects having an impact on a large audience
