Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Being responsible for the global recruitment process in operations delivery for the respective regions
  • Leading a team of process specialists
  • Designing and standardizing the global recruitment process
  • Close interaction with key stakeholders to establish and maintain good relationships
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • HR Team Lead experience
  • Experience in operations or service delivery
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding management skills
  • Fluent English and Czech – C1
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HR/ Applicant tracking software
