• Evolving efficient recruitment plans and strategies
• Candidate sourcing via various channels and methods
• Job advertisement
• Collaboration with recruitment agencies
• Prescreening of potential candidates
• Selection of resumes
• Arranging and managing interviews of candidates with managers
• Presenting the company and job description properly to candidates
• Briefing and debriefing of candidates before and after interviews
