Job description

A global company is seeking talented French speakers to join their team of professionals in Prague.

Would you like to be part of the world of procurement? We look for candidates with NO OR LITTLE WORKING experience - all you need is MOTIVATION. So you might be the right candidate!

As a Procurement Administrator with French, you will:

  • Handle incoming calls/emails from business partners and suppliers of a procurement system nature
  • Provide timely service-related information to clients
  • Recommend the most appropriate solutions for ordering goods and services
  • Monitor client purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Update internal database
  • Oversee contracting processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Requirements

We require:

  • a Technically orientated Bachelor´s degree
  • Strong command of English and French
  • Some working experience with an ordering type of system
  • Highly organized and motivated type of personality
  • Professional and solution-driven type of candidates.

Experience in a similar position is an advantage!
