Job description

Are you interested in technology and would you like to put your German language skills in good use?

We are looking for a pre-sales specialist for international technology company with modern offices in the centre of Brno!

What you will do:

Provide all necessary information on company's products and services for potential customer over phone, e-mail or online chat
Answer all questions, build and maintain good relationship with customers and provide excellent customer experience
Communicate and cooperate with Sales team on customer's requests, making sure that everything is resolved in timely manner

Requirements

Customer oriented skills, excellend communication skills
Fluent English and German skills, you will be using these language for communication with potential customers on everyday basis
It would be nice, if you had some previous experience in customer support or other customer-facing role, but it is not necessary
