Role of Managing Director

Responsible for overall direction and managing of company
Creating strategy, policies for reaching set targets
Evaluates financial and other informations about company´s activities
Making decisions about business and marketing policy of the company
Strategically manages company´s business processes
Communicates with multiple departments

Requirements

University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar area
Active use of English and Italian language
Min. 5 years of experience as manager (head of deparment)
Professional and representative manners
Ambition to lead and manage smaller company
