One of our TOP client, which is also one of the biggest companies in the world, is looking for a new colleague to join their LOGISTICS team, in their Schared Service Centre, based in Prague.

As a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for product movements between plants and warehouses.

In order to avoid any supply disruptions and keep everything well coordinated, you will be in contact with the external suppliers on constant basis, including carriers and drivers.

More specifically, your daily tasks will include:

* Ensure product availability
* Ensuring deliveries are made on time
* Scheduling pick ups
* Tracking shipments
* Follow up with carriers
* Daily communication with suppliers via phone and email
* Reporting all activities


* Strong motivation to work in Transportation/Logistics
* At least similar or customer service experience
* Ability to take good and effective decisions
* Detail-oriented, problem-solver, proactive
* Good MS Excel skills and SAP knowledge preferred
* Willing to work on shifts (2 types: standard WH + afternoon shift: up to 20:00 latest)
