Job description

The company is oriented toward technological innovations, digitalization, process development as well as energetics with an impact on various industries including transportation, finance and healthcare.

Your key responsibilities as a Data Administrator with German:

  • Check and approve invoices
  • Communication with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
  • Close cooperation with the project manager
  • Maintain master data in the internal system
  • Provide training on the payment platform
  • Reporting
Requirements
  • Command of English and German (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills (You will provide also trainings)
  • Number-oriented
  • Experience in Customer Service or Logistics (1+ year)
  • Reliability, diligence and team spirit
