We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

Responsibilities:

  • preparation and organizational support of various internal projects, trainings and events
  • room bookings and preparation, giveaways handover, purchase orders creation/ invoicing, intranet updates, etc.
  • writing and reviewing article drafts
  • cooperation with an external graphic designer
  • coordination with various vendors
  • data analytics and reporting

Salary: 40 000 CZK/m

Contract for definite period with possibility of prolongation.

Location: Prague 4 - Chodov metro

Start: by agreement (sooner is better)

Requirements
  • Min. secondary education
  • Fluent knowledge of English, will be used actively at work in both written and spoken form
  • Czech/Slovak on fluent level is the advantage
  • Previous experience from similar position
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Social Media is plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
