Our clients are looking for new employees who would provide professional and empathetic service to their customers and clients

You would be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers and clients via phone, email, or internal system
  • Providing accurate information
  • Close cooperation and support for a Payroll team
  • Finding new and efficient ways of working
  • Preparing documentation for international clients
  • Resolving issues
  • Reporting
  • Collaborating with team members on specific tasks
Requirements

Apply if you have:

  • Advanced level of spoken and written English and Spanish/Dutch/French (at least B2 level)
  • Attentive attitude
  • Client and customer prioritization
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Capability to work independently
  • Previous experience in Customer Care or related fields is an advantage but not required
  • The spirit and enthusiasm to learn is essential
