Your main responsibility would be:

Requirements
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English and other EU language at least B2 level
  • Attentive attitude

  • Ability to work under stress
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Capability to work independently
  • Previous experience in Customer Care or related fields is an advantage
  • The spirit and enthusiasm to learn is essential
