Our client, an international company based in Prague is currently looking for a German - speaking Junior Accountant! Do not miss the chance to work in stylish and cozy offices in a very friendly environment. This company is growing so fast, there is a big chance for professional growth!

Here are some of your future responsibilities:

  • Update pricing based on information provided by the sales team
  • Issuing credit and debit notes in SAP on daily bases
  • Setting up and keeping process with Team leader
  • Complaints processing
  • Working with MS Excel and SAP system
  • Daily communication with sales representatives and colleagues from other teams
  • Work with EDI system (electronic sending of invoices).
Requirements

Previous accounting experience is an advantage! Only basic knowledge of VAT and accounting is required.

  • High school education
  • MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
  • German and English on level B2 and higher (e-mail, phone)
  • Ability of teamwork
  • Eye for detail
  • Customer orientation

SAP knowledge is an advantage.
