Job description

  • Communicating with customers regarding software and technical issues
  • Entering technical and application related issues into the company system.
  • Identifying problems and finding solutions to technical issues
  • Processing IT tickets and performing related administration
  • Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization.
  • Thorough understanding of company products, analysis and professional IT managment.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French
